Sugar Brook All Natural Beef

We are a 5th generation family operated farm in Marilla NY. Our cattle arecows rogacki raised in a healthy, low stress natural environment with access to adequate pasture year round. Calves are born and raised under our care and kept with their mothers until being weaned and started on our feeding program. We grow everything that goes into these animals, ensuring that they are provided with the highest quality nutrition. We do not use hormones on any of our cattle.

Marilla All Natural Beef
Our steers are finished and ready for market at 12 to 18 months of age and will weigh between 1100 and 1300 pounds on average. These high yielding cattle should have a dressed weight of 700-800 pounds. A dressed carcass should yield 75% or better once bone, fat and other loss is considered. All animals will be slaughtered and dressed at a USDA inspected facility as required by state and federal laws. Customized cutting orders may be arranged with the butcher. All beef would then need to be picked up directly from the desired facility.  Meat will be double wrapped in plastic and white butcher paper and properly labeled for use. Available as 1/4, 1/2 or whole animal.
